“Product details were accurate and enabled me to choose the correct controller to replace the broken one in our bathroom. The installation information online on the web site enabled me to understand what I needed to do to replace the controller, and it turn out to be straighforward and fairly easy, as expected.”

“I installed between-the-joists warming rolls under the central third of my family room floor. In the winter, this room was always the coldest in the house, typically by 5 or 6 degrees. After installation the room is now only about 2 degrees colder - not apprecialble enough to really notice, so this system worked to my satisfaction. Installation was straightforward but not easy as access to the area under the floor was constrained - but I was able to do all of the work myself so the only expense was the product itself.”

“I originally had the thermostat set on the floor and I couildn't get it to work? After setting it on the air setting everything seemed to work OK. It's been on for a couple of days. I'll keep checking it. Frank Capilla”
