“I didn't realize how much I, my dog and cat would miss our heated floor! Boy is it amazing to have the floor heated again. The control unit is easy to program and tweek to get the exact temp. The installer said it was the easiest controller he has installed to date. "Well thought out and user friendly"”

“The reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. Shipped the right part out immediately. The floor is fixed and I’m a happy customer. Their shipping cost was reasonable unlike the manufacturer who would have charged over $60 to ship an envelopes that weighed a few ounces.”

“Paid a high amount 49.00 for a floor repair kit think it would be better..... it only came with one cable. I could of paid 15 less and recieved 3 cables and shrink tube. Very unhappy.”

These kits are made by the manufacturer, Nuheat, and it is stated that each kit is for one repair only, so they unfortunately don't include extra cables to repair more than one cut.
