“Couldn’t find the mat I needed at my usual electrical supply house (I’ve been an electrician for 45 yrs) I ordered the NuHeat mat at Warmyourfloors.com. The price was competitive and the delivery was in about 4 days, in came in time to go right on to the job site!”

“I can’t use it. If I had known that I would have to break up my floor ,I would not have bought it. I was hoping for a way to adjust the thermostat.”

Linda, The repair kit you purchased is used to repair a damaged heating wire. The heating wires are always under your floor so unless the finished surface was not covering the heating wire, you have to pull up parts of the floor in order to expose the wire for repairs. “I called in for service as the website didn’t have the size I wanted…. Without the additional part I didn’t need “in a Kit”! The parts arrived in two days for a lower price than smaller mat as advertised online! Calling and dealing with a person made my project goal possible!”
