I installed between-the-joists warming rolls under the central third of my family room floor. In the winter, this room was always the coldest in the house, typically by 5 or 6 degrees. After installation the room is now only about 2 degrees colder - not apprecialble enough to really notice, so this system worked to my satisfaction. Installation was straightforward but not easy as access to the area under the floor was constrained - but I was able to do all of the work myself so the only expense was the product itself.

I originally had the thermostat set on the floor and I couildn't get it to work? After setting it on the air setting everything seemed to work OK. It's been on for a couple of days. I'll keep checking it. Frank Capilla

Found the kit and instructions pretty clear with the exception of the heat gun needed. I tried using a high heat blow dryer but the temperature was not high enough to melt the solder in the splice piece. I had to go to hardware store in middle of repair and purchase one. You should probably give a specification on the temperature needed for the heat gun to melt the solder so the next user isn't caught unawares.

If you can keep the wiring labels and location on the controllers the same from year to year, it would make replacing easier.

We got a new thermostat and after 5 days its working great. The only real problem is that we went from a two gang box to a one gang box and had to fabricate something to fit the new thermostat. Warm your floor SHOULD sell a plate that would make this easier. Other than that the thermostat is working "as advertised."

My third unit so installation was simple. Only difficulty was floor sensor wiring. The holes for inserting the wire were too low and pushing stranded wire ito the holes was difficult.

The product is good and is working well. The instructions, however, could use more detail. Especially the wiring instructions. For instance, how to feed the wires into the back so the device fits into the electircal box, how to determine the neutral power wire, and how to feed the sensor wires into the connector from the bottom up.

I can't really coment on the website since I called on the phone and was transfered to sales who were quite helpful and provided great service. The Foor is working great now the controller actually sends power to the heating Elements. Ralph Brandon

Very easy to install and performs well for LVP flooring. I was a little disappointed that there are two temperature sensors and there is no discussion about how to connect them. It's not obvious that one is purely a spare. But otherwise I'm very happy with the product and the online customer service.

Before I placed the order, I phoned to make sure the new unit was compatible with the unit to be replaced. I was told installation was basically: unplug the old, plug in the new. WRONG! I had to re-wire to connect the new unit, basically a new installation. The control unit is working fine, but installation was delayed a couple weeks until I had time to do a more complex job than I had planned.

Had a thermostat failure. Website was great. Chat feature identified the replacement part promptly and shipping was good. Arrived within a day of their promise. Not Amazon quick but very good. However, maybe engineer/manufacture a product that doesn’t fail in 4-5 years? In summary, very good website experience, average product experience, 4 star net rating. Above average company!

I’d give 5 stars, but we still haven’t worked out the kinks!! It installed without too much difficulty, put floor down on top…. But have one strip that’s not heating, still trying to figure out the thermostat. Hopefully with more time & some advice from tall, we’ll have it all figured out!

Have to turn the electric box 90 degrees for new thermostat, why do you charge the mounting configuration? The instructions for operation the thermostat could be made simpler and a little more step by step.
