good morning. my wife has a £50.00 gift voucher, given to her by her work friends as a leaving present ,due to her having cancer and having treatment. her condition is now stable for now, and just ready now for a break. unfortunately the gift voucher ran out 29th november 2022. i had a live chat with simon harley who then passed it on to his supervisor jade east brown to see if it could be extended. the answer was NO and said they stick to their policy terms and conditions and said it has expired. i think this is a little harsh and feel that no one in customer services has a heart. what they do not realise is the voucher would be used on accommodation and we would be dinning with them and drinking in their bar spending more money. i think in these hard times especially the hospitality trade, i cannot see how they can refuse any income. i must say my wife was a little upset with the decision knowing it was a special present. may be some one at warner with a heart and a bit of clout may look at this in another light. maybe. the gift card voucher number is H521708. i think there should be some discretion with your terms and conditions. many thanks graham smith..

Why is it necessary to send my gift vouchers back to Warners Leisure Hotels Head Office via recorded delivery when using them to part pay for my break? The cost of doing this was £6.50. So if anyone out there is thinking of buying their loved ones Warner Vouchers DON'T. Much cheaper and hassle-free to give them a cheque or cash. Can you give me a sensible valid answer?

I contacted you via email on 25 August cancelling a booking for our two friends who were to accompany us on our break. I enclosed a copy of the doctors certificate confirming that they were unable to travel, we had taken out the Warner holiday protection. Why do you not reply to emails to your MD and CEO and your customer care team. Having booked an 80th birthday celebration for the family using two booking references, we were unable to take the holiday due to illness of two of the party who were told by their consultants not to attend due to the possible effects of covid. I have just returned from Alveston Hall which poor to covid was an annual event. This trip there was no resident entertainment team which left long gaps between dining and the star of the entertainment. I have booked for next year. Will the entertainments team be reinstated by then?
