Contacted warrentwise regarding my payment as it was taken earlier than expected and thus out me into unauthorised overdraft this was dealt with very quickly so very happy with the Service Steph moores FG17 WAU

I took out the 24 month plan which I thought was great value for the price and was pleased that it came with an offer where an additional 3 months was added. The platinum cover looks great and covers everything I need. Thanks

Had a slight issue (my fault) I’d had a new bank card and details had been updated so by mistake I had defaulted on two payments. Spoke to Sue D, who was extremely professional and helpful. Very understanding and I have proof of the simple mistake on my end. New details taken and payments updated. Email sent from WW proving all good and that my warranty still in place with remaining payments left. Great company very easy to deal with. Great service. Thanks Sue!

This warranty company go above and beyond even when something isn't listed as being covered they are always willing to pay good will. Also I have to give Liam the upmost credit for his amazing service!!

This is my second warranty with Warrantywise. I received a good price for a three year warranty on my Citroen. A simple application process and good follow on communication. With the cost of repairs, this should give me three years peace of mind.

Been with Warrantywise since 2019 and have had no problems! Recently my vehicle failed MoT and my cover included MoT failure, Warrantywise paid me in full for the repairs that were needed šŸ™‚ Very happy with the assistant I got, Angela was most helpful and was sorted in 24hrs 5 stars. I was dealing with jess who was very helpful, I had ignition coil and labour plus vehicle diagnostics covered under my warranty. Overall a good experience I had slight issues with information to be sent regarding payment but. Warrantywise were very helpful and very fast to respond doing everything they could. Would use again. I got an estimate from the dealer for a faulty switch on the steering wheel, I submitted a PDF of the estimate it was reviewed quickly By the repairs admin team and approved in full I have now arranged to have the repair carried out knowing I will be reimbursed for the full amount

I have used Warranty Wise for couple of years now and they have always been very competitive in price and the warranty coverage they provide my customers is very comprehensive. My account manager Ben Wilson is proactive and always tries to get the best deal for my customer without any compromise in service delivery. Glad to do business with them !

After a lot of research.- warranty wise have the highest pay out rate for any issues. Had my range rover sport under 3 warranty with them. Peace of mind! Great team, and easy to deal with over the phone. Thanks team!

Excellent customer service. I had a fault with my BMW Z4, flat battery, dead on the driveway. Included in my policy is AA breakdown. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty electronic water pump. The car was recovered to a garage of my choice and the vehicle was repaired with very little cost to us ( I think we had to pay for coolant) All in ll I would be happy to recommend there service. Thanks WW.

Nik was amazing! Great service, ran me through everything. Seemed like a top bloke and someone who genuinely cared for his customers. The lady who finished it off when he was out the office was also lovely, but mainly dealt with Nik via phone and email! Thank you. HOWEVER - If the service is as bad as some say if / when I need to claim, I will happily go to court as I have been ripped off before!
