“Hard to review because I would give a 5 star for purchasing from you and communicating with your customer service. However, your website is sub-standard - to put it colloquially- it sucks and is a turn-off. Very hard to search for products - not all show up in the search. Very, very annoying pop-ups - every time you leave a page to see a watch detail and return, there’s the same annoying pop-up! On an iPhone these distractions take up significant real estate. So I’d rate your website 1.5-2 stars for hard to navigate and search with distractions.”

“Key points! -customer service is 10/10 -I would recommend to the person who isn’t super into watches but wants something that looks cool. Otherwise, I think the watches are well overpriced and some are drop shipped.”

“Great selection, just wish shipping was faster for cheaper but understandable why it's not. Even with standard shipping i wish you coukd select your carrier as I've had the postal service lose or break several packages and its hard to trust them.”

“I’m very pleased with my new Enriva dive watch. It surpassed my expectations. Wearing it, it feels great. I have received several compliments on it. I also purchased a RGMT all brite 54 mm dive watch. It’s definitely a big watch, but once I had it sized it wears well. I definitely would recommend both brands. The large size of the RGMT may not work well for a smaller wrist under 7.5 inches. With that being said I will definitely be making future models of both brands.”

“I have order many watches over the last few years and have had several quality issues. Last (2) $1k watches; clasp broken poor quality on one, the other was been worn less than 5 times, sent in for repair, and now broken again after wearing on once. Don’t think I will be purchasing again.”
