“I received the watch I ordered for my son’s birthday, no problem. When he got the same watch from his dad, I initiated the return via the website & through the email process with order # just as they instructed. The reply I received was that they would review and I was to await approval & further instructions. I waited 1 week and sent another email. I have still not received a reply after another 3 days. I’m waiting on the $300+ credit so I can buy him a gift for his bday that was over 2 weeks ago! This should be wrapped up and done and instead I’m full of anxiety waiting on an email that doesn’t come. Ridiculous.”

“I am getting NO Assistance from this company, paid for a watch that was stated to be delivered by USPS but DHL stated undeliverable. NO DOOR TAG! NO clue where my package is! I have asked for a refund. CRICKETS!!”

“I got a gold-level mystery watch it turned out to be a California Golden Gate. I really like it. it's very classy with the polished silver face. It's very easy to read. I'd recommend it to anyone. I will buy myself another mystery watch again, the anticipation of what I was about to get was exhilerating.”
