“The watch I received was defective and I had to send it back. The customer service was excellent. They say responses to inquiries take 24-48 hours, but I have always gotten a response in less than 24 hours. When a customer service rep said, "I will contact the factory and get back to you," I figured I would never hear from them again. But the next day I got a second email with the answer to my question, and the issue was resolved quickly. This has likely been the best customer service I've gotten in decades. Very happy!”

“I am a RETURNING CUSTOMER. This is may second purchse from watches.com. Very responsive customer service and unbeatable sales prices. I was however a little dissapointed in the longevity of the lume in the Xeric Scrambler that I purchased lately. This is my second Xeric and if you are looking for ALL night visibility you will be dissapointed. All other aspects of both Xeric watches which I have are excellent five stars.”
