“I looks to be a great watch. I inspected the watch when it arrived in great condition. Also, the communication on “where it was” was excellent. Great tracking. The quality of my new watch appears to be superb for an outstanding price.”

“This could have easily been a five star review but... I ordered 2 watches from watches.com and unfortunately when they arrived one was broken and seemed as it was possibly used and re-sold, the second watch was supposed to come with a stainless steel band it did not. I have now emailed them 3 times over the last week and have received no response. If I don't hear from them soon I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.”

“Great watch, good price. But it was promoted for Graduation and the watch arrived over 3 weeks after placing the order, even after paying hefty shipping fee compared to other stores. Pricey shipping, super late delivery, no courtesy email to provide explanation or notice of it not arriving on time.”

“Bought a nice little watch for my niece and it was exactly how it was described on the site. Items came fast and I had plenty of notifications to let me know when it got to the door. The watches were nicely tucked in the box to prevent shipping damages and it was just a really easy purchasing experience for something a little special!”
