“Watches.com advertised “Free Shipping” for my selected item, but then charged $11 without my knowledge… Watches.com advertised the watch as 40.5mm case size, but their measurement included the crown guards - including the crown guards is not industry standard. The watch actual case size is 37.7mm. I had to pay for the return shipping. Still waiting on my refund… So if you want to pay $25 to look at Watches.com’s mistakes and lack of knowledge of the Industry standard's…. No response from Watches.com regarding my complaint.”

Hello Michael, Thank you for your review. You are always welcome to email us at contact@watches.com if you have an issue with an order. I do apologize if you feel like a response has gone unnoticed. I do see that your return request was approved and return mailing instructions were provided on 12/24. Please do let us know if you did not receive that email and we are happy to resend that information. Please note that all charges are quoted at checkout and prior to payment. So the charges are authorized directly by the customer. Your order did receive the free standard shipping as noted on our website terms. I do see that you did have package protection included on your order, which can be added and removed at checkout by the customer prior to payment. So on the order confirmation it is noted as "Navidium Shipping Protection" just for clarification. You can always remove it prior to confirming the order as well. For all noted specifications and measurements, those are provided directly by each individual brand. You are welcome to contact RZE regarding this information, as we are only a retailer, and not the manufacturer. They will be able to assist you with how the measurements are taken etc. We do appreciate your business and please let us know if you have any additional questions. You may provide return tracking to our team at contact@watches.com and they would be happy to follow up on the return and refund status for you!

“Watches.com was excellent with my current order,yself and my wife purchased watches separately unknowingly but they got shipped together. The staff were amazing at sorting this out and it was a very smooth process and UPS delivered the warches on time too. A highly recommended company to deal with.”

“I have the watch on now. It is a lot fun. Buying it was not so much fun. When pre-paid it was said shipping would start around 12/22. Note the word around. That isn't a specific date, but a specific date is important because so many things are tied to the date. Why no message before hand? In your fine print if a claim is not made in the correct time frame then tough luck to me. Or maybe not as a lawyer I'd so no, tough lunch to you. You should study amazon.com cause they get such matters almost perfectly right. Legally,You guys must before you ship anything must send an email or text notice, that it is being shipped so as to start the clock. And what info must include when it was actually shipped and a tracking /shippping number. You should ask for a response to such a notice to make it is clear everyone is on the same page. I am a doctor with Doctors Without Borders (when I'm not being a lawyer), I was sent to the Ukraine / Russia for it's special militry opertaion. I don't always have the time to read emails everyday. So without blaming you I am not very happy about how all of this went down. Feedback is a gift use it to becone a better company. Make things as easy as possible to buy. I learned that from Tommy Border of the now ancient Borders Books. Dont get in the way of someone trying to buy the rug your floor, because that is the way real retail works: sell to anyone anything they want to buy in the store. Things sold that way can always be replaced. By way of example, You may not be in the prints or rug business but if someone will buy something you have on the wall or floor: then sell it. Else why not? Your operations do not speak well of whatyou have beeb doing. I have bought 3 watches from you and I hated each buying process.”
