“I had to ask for special consideration when I bought a Zodiac watch that I had wanted for years, but it was always sold out. While it is a beautiful watch, I need more of a tool watch that can take a beating. I would have never felt comfortable wearing that watch on a daily basis. Watches.com was gracious to grant me a refund, and did so quickly. All I had to do was send it back in the same condition it was in when I received it. I don't think that's too much to ask, and I will gladly buy from them again, as well as recommend them. I really hated having to send the Zodaic back, but I can't afford an evening dive watch...you'll never see anything quite like it”

“It's not the companies fault but the tracking number I was given was never updated so I never knew when I would need to be home to receive the package and they left the $300 package at the front door..”

Hey Jason! I'm so sorry about that! The post office recycles tracking numbers but usually they update within 24 hours. Of course most couriers are still providing contactless delivery, but a good courier will always try to place the package in a less obvious spot. “Would give zero stars if I could. I initially did not receive an accessory that was supposed to come with my watch, had to reach out and ask to have the missing part shipped to me. Now I’m receiving spam text messages? No thanks, please remove all of my contact information from your system as I will never make a purchase with this company again”
