“The watch that I got from Nubeo is magnificent. The delivery process was a little tricky, make sure you have a residential address rather than a PObox. It was delayed by a couple of days, but this watch was worth the wait……”

Hey Emmanuel! That email is automated and set to be sent to our customers about two weeks after your place your order. We are sorry for the confusion. We are also sorry to hear your watches haven't arrived. Is this referring to your February 15th order? Unfortunately, with standard shipping, most international shipments are taking 28-45 days! It does look like your tracking number has been recycled as well. Due to the high volume of packages the United State Postal Service (USPS) processes, they do reuse tracking numbers; sometimes within 45 days. When a tracking number has been reused for a new shipment, the old shipping details and tracking information will still appear when you track it on USPS.com. That should update once it hits customs in your country! If you have any additional questions or concerns about your order, you can always reach us at contact@watches.com :)
