“In 2024 it has been a "mixed bag" with respect to watches ordered. Order WDC-24-71953 (ordered on May 21st) has not been delivered. Order WDC-24-72403 (ordered on June 5th) has not been delivered. Order WDC-24-72591(ordered on June 11th) has been delivered. Order WDC-24-73327(ordered on July 14th) has been delivered.”

“I have purchased from watches.com twice now and both times I received what In ordered in a reasonable timeframe. I live in Australia and both orders were filled in the USA. Delivery takes about 20-25 days from the USA to my door. The products have been as described and well packed. Everything worked and arrived undamaged. I will use watches.com again without hesitation and recommend them to other watch buyers.”

“Excellent as far as unique goes. But so many strings attached. They didn't provide measurements (the watch was way too large), they make you pay for USPS return which cost me $20. Great sales, but they need to pick up the timepieces and get it together.”
