“I love all the flavors. Part of this purchase is going to friends who I am meeting for lunch. I want to introduce them to waterdrop. I finally drinking the amount of water I should be drinking in a day. I want them to experience that too.”

“I really love the Sky flavor I hope you keep it around. I'm not a water drinker and I got away from drinking it because I ran out of tabs being distracted by health issues and a funeral, but now I got a fresh batch and won't get distracted again. I even emptied all the tablets out into a clear storage container and mixed them up so I get a surprise every time I fill the bottle.”

“First, I do love Waterdrop Microdrinks. However, I purchased a Lucy back in November 2022. At first, it seemed like it did not record all of my drinks. Then in January 2023, it got worse, and I would be lucky if it recognized maybe 6oz consumed. I was having to manually add everything in the My Hydration app. I reached out to customer service, who in the past had been great. After much back and forth, with several videos of what was happening, the issue being escalated to the “Lucy smart cap experts”, their response was I wasn’t pressing the button on the cap to pair it. Are you kidding me? It has been showing “connected” the entire time. I’ve manually reset it. I’ve reset it via the cord. I’ve done everything they have told me to, and it still does not recognize 90% of my consumption. Do not waste your money on Lucy! Great concept, but they have majorly failed in execution.”

“I had finally decided to buy myself a waterdrop water bottle and splurged on the NY edition, black 20 oz. This was a few weeks back. I was enjoying it until it disappeared! Not sure what happened at work and I was very sad. I had ordered some tablets online and was trying to find once again this water bottle but couldn't. So, yesterday I returned to the WTC and bought one again :). Really like it and your Boost tablets! Thank you!”

“Bottle with matching sleeve is very pretty. The flavors of tablets are subtle and not sweet. The only flaw is it doesn't stay cold for very long.”
