“The water bottle is decent; however, if you plan on returning and/or exchanging, be prepared to pay the return shipping cost. This is probably the only company that doesn’t cover shipping for an exchange (a bit dramatic, I know, but sheesh). I wanted to exchange silver for black because my son didn’t like the silver but I had to print the label, pay shipping to return, then reorder the color he wants. I decided against doing all that and just decided I won’t be ordering from this company again. Amazon prime has me spoiled, I suppose.”

“I really like the product BUT they (once again) sent old inventory to me. Some of my boxes had expiration days in late 2024 and mid 2024, but 4 boxes had expire dates in Oct 2023. I asked them and they gave me the 'we have no preservatives' line. I appreciate the 'no preservatives' and understand that impacts the shelf life, BUT it does not change the fact they simply sent some old product.”

“I absolutely LOVE Waterdrop! Their flavors are just the right amount of fruit and sweetness. Not too tart, not too tangy, not too sweet. So just not fantastic tasting water but they reducing plastic bottles and pollution of the oceans. Thank you Waterdrop!”

“What a beautiful bottle this is in person. Everyone who sees it asks where I got it. The Iced Tea flavors are some of my new favorites! I especially like that there is a different tea for each flavor. Currently have the lemon Iced Tea in the bottle. It is good in the afternoon as a bright pick up to the day.”
