“The flavors are subtle and enjoyable. The glass bottle is of good quality and attractive. The Love bag is cute and good quality canvas. Overall I am pleased with my first water drop purchase and will be making more. There was a hiccup with the order (I received the wrong order initially) and had some issues with contacting customer service via the messaging system. Once I called everything was corrected very quickly. The representative I dealt with was very nice and I have confidence in their customer service.”

“The flavor isn't as strong as I expected and wished for. I like the idea of the waterdrop drinks, just wish the flavors were more potent.”

“I think I like the water drop concept but I with the pods were easier ti open. Sometimes they split and that makes getting the cube out difficult and sometimes causes it to crumble. I would love to see a deal on “make your own” 6 pack rather than the same 6 pack you always have. The 6 pack is the only way I can afford to buy this product.”

“I haven't used the straws yet, but they look amazing. I ordered the frosted black one for my boyfriend in Canada since he can't get it delivered there. I ordered the RELAX bottle for myself but ended up not liking the design in person. Instead of returning the RELAX I'm going to give it away to a co-worker instead and decided to order something else. So far I've only tried two of the flavors (FOCUS & BOOST). Enjoying them so far, although Boost's flavor is a bit stronger. I didn't drink all the flavored water and it went warm, so I believe it is definitely better to drink it cold. I also think because I don't have the 20oz bottle, I may have used more water, which made the flavors not too overpowering. I can't wait to try and mix/match some of the flavors as well. I was really excited to order the items but didn't realize it would take about a week or so to get to me. It looks like it originated from IL and took over a week to get to CA. I will need to plan my orders accordingly. I am also looking forward to ordering more bottles.”

“This order was delivered almost a week late. The delivery person didn’t deliver to the front door which was very disappointing since our house is located at a very busy street and it could have been stolen. I’m just happy to have finally received it. Undamaged.”

“I find the “drop” a satisfying sound dropping in my bottle I have tried several flavors and think they add enough taste to make it interesting and the vitamin boosters are a great plus.”

“Love water drops ! Just wish they cost a little less. A dollar a cube just seems a little pricey. I try and save them for when I go out for the day. They fit into a water bottle, and you don’t have to worry about them making a mess in your pocketbook if they open up.”

“The bottle is gorgeous and I love that neoprene sleeve has a wrist strap. I can already notice an increase in my water consumption. My favorite flavors at the moment are Oro, Youth, and Boost.”
