“Love the size of this thermos- easy to take everywhere. I hope in the future we have the option to purchase the flavor cubes in bulk and not have to deal with all the fancy packaging”

“Love the new all purpose bottles and the new tops. Especially the loop lid. Makes it easier to carry. Water drop is delicious, love the subtle flavors and that they're not overpowering. Just a hint of sweetness, but no sugar. My favorites are the microenergy set, youth, and sky. Those taste the best to me. The bottles are well made, whether you get the original glass ones or the new all purpose ones, they'll last. Their customer service is really good too, there was a mistake on my previous order and they fixed it quickly. Giving me options on what I'd like to do to fix the mistake. I like that a lot, the option I chose was more convenient for me rather than them just fixing the mistake on their own which would have been fine too, but giving customers options like they did, going above and beyond, makes me a loyal customer.”

“I have been loving waterdrop! I wish they would advertise how they changed the flavors. I seem to like them more but am a bit confused on what was changed or omitted. I have ordered 4-5 times in just a few months. Can’t wait to try the iced teas. Love the bottles, wish I could order the city/country ones and the special editions. Wish I had a store close.”
