“I love these!!! I would like to know what exactly is used for sweetener though. The ingredients are vague. I’ve only encountered two flavors I don’t like. The rest are great!”

“Every flavor I have had is great! I just bought the mental tumbler. Love it! I had the glass with the holder which I like but my dogs tail knocked it off the table and it shattered. Good thing it was in the holder. Was sad it broke so easily.”

“I was looking for something to replace sugar-filled water enhancers that made me crave unhealthy snacks. Waterdrop has fit the bill exactly. I love that it has just a hint of flavor so it's not overbearing. I enjoyed all of the flavors, too. The boxes are aesthetically pleasing if you're someone like me who wants something pretty to look at. Will definitely be purchasing again.”

“My order hasn't been delivered yet. Tracking info last recorded it was in transit on October 5th. It has been 14 days with no update. There isn't a clear way to speak to a person to get this cleared up.”

“I like adding waterdrop flavor (microdrink) to my water. I already drink a lot of water but I do drink way more now. Their customer service is lacking. They definitely need to work on customer service.”
