“I like the flavors and choices of Waterdrop. I thought that I was hooked on the glass water bottle. I even purchased the ice cube tray that makes ice cubes that fit the bottle. I could not get used to drinking tepid water and have since returned to my former water bottle with the large opening so I can add ice cubes. I should have predicted this but I was taken in by the advertising. Thank you.”

“They changed to packaging and text on the package so I thought I was buying a new flavor of passion fruit but it turns out it’s just the sky flavor that I already have re branded with less communication 😞”

“I love waterdrop so much! I especially love the original flavor cubes (love, zen, focus, youth, breeze - and my all-time favorite - peach iced tea! I started with a glass edition bottle but I dropped it and it broke (SO SAD) so I moved over to the steel edition tumbler... so I never have to stop drinking my yummy water drop water!”

“I enjoyed all the flavors and I can even get good flavored water even up to 35 ounces with one fire but I really miss the SKY flavor: that was my absolute fave. Please bring it back.”

“I'm usually happy with my purchases. I have a few favorites and love your company. That said, I was disappointed over the citrus flavors I tried for the first time. The Lemon, Grapefruit and lemon lime were all sweet! Too sweet! For tart fruits, I was expecting them not to be that sweet. I usually put all my water drop cubes in 12oz water. I tried putting them in 16oz but it was way too sweet still. I had to break them in pieces to consume them. The Orange flavor was great! But I don't think I'll purchase the other 3 flavors again. Some things should stay the way they were created. Thank you for all you do! I know you work hard.🙌”

“I found the taste to be very unsatisfying, bordering on undrinkable. Making matters worse, the company’s return policy where they can’t issue a shipping label is absurd for an e-commerce site. Overall, product and company have left a pretty poor impression.”

“Love the product (especially the grapefruit!), and it definitely gets me to drink more water. The only downside is that there's no store near me to return the packaging to for recycling. Unfortuantely the general recycling of plastics in my area of the US is sort of a joke these days. If your program is doing better, a mail-in program to a domestic store wouldn't be a miss. About your service, while as noted below my service was delayed for an internal reason, your team was very good about communicating that fact and managing expectations.”
