“I love the cubes. Just like a bath bomb but for your drink. Bottles feel luxurious and of excellent quality. Electrolyte cubes are great for recovery and not crashing entirely after intense exercise. Energy cubes work better on me than synthetic caffeine pills, and taste much better than coffee to me. My tooth enamel is kind of worn down (I don’t drink soda but eat a lot of acidic fruits), so acidic food and drinks make my teeth hypersensitive and ache, but all the Waterdrop drinks are no worse than water on my teeth.”

“I’ve been a customer for about three years and waterdrop has always been amazing - not just in terms of the products and quality, but also customer care. Unfortunately this year I’m starting to feel a decline - less engagement and care towards the customers, generic replies from support when there’s an issue. And the point system… it used to be an actual perk. Now it’s just old stuff available and for those who are long term customers - it’s not appealing. None of the new bottles or accessories are available for points - so what’s the point? 5 stars remain from me for now due to the good old times, but if everything continues in the same manner…. Well then.”
