“I’ve been a customer for about three years and waterdrop has always been amazing - not just in terms of the products and quality, but also customer care. Unfortunately this year I’m starting to feel a decline - less engagement and care towards the customers, generic replies from support when there’s an issue. And the point system… it used to be an actual perk. Now it’s just old stuff available and for those who are long term customers - it’s not appealing. None of the new bottles or accessories are available for points - so what’s the point? 5 stars remain from me for now due to the good old times, but if everything continues in the same manner…. Well then.”
