“The waterdrop pitcher is perfect. The filtered water tastes great and it's unusual when we drink water somewhere else and it's not from a waterdrop pitcher. When we travel, we also take the pitcher with us. I gave it to my close family and they were delighted with the product. The filters are great.We can no longer imagine life without filtered water.”

“If I am only referring to the last order, then everything went smoothly. If I need to provide feedback about Waterdrop EU, I’ve only had an issue with one order, and it was quickly resolved by a Waterdrop EU employee. If I need to write about the products, there are some flavors I like and others I don’t, but it really depends on personal preference”
