“We have the basic, one cartridge undersink system installed in the kitchen and it produces great water. We're on a community water system that is undrinkable. We also have a whole house cannister carbon filter which makes the water tolerable for regular uses, and then the Waterdrop filter gives us drinking/cooking water that is wonderful. No more buying bottled water.”

“Instructions were very specific and understandable. Water taste was excellent; water color pure. The 10 cup pitcher just fit into my small refrigerator. Handle was sturdy. I am a senior, and a smaller pitcher would suit me better in terms of lifting it in and out of the refrigerator. However, I am very pleased overall, and immediately shared my comments with a friend and family member; both of whom may be your next customer.”
“Had filtrete prior to this filter. Filtrete output was much slower. So far the waterdrop filter has a much faster output. I haven’t tested the water so I can’t speak to its efficacy in regard to removing heavy metals, etc. My water does taste good with the waterdrop filter.”

“received the product, unpacked, read installation instructions, preceded with the install, tested the installation and it leaked. unassembled the filter reread the instructions followed step by step and installed again, turned the water on and in was still leaking. I really can't give this filter a rating, it appears to be solidly manufactured, I don't know if it is incompatible with my 21 year old kitchen faucet, I damaged it some how or I did something incorrectly. I am not seeking a refund or planning on returning the item since I don't believe that the item is defective.”
