“Always a good and simple process using the website with products packaged extremely well and delivered in good time. The incentive of bonus gifts - either free postage and/or special products - is a nice idea.”

“I love my items, I use my bottle and carry box, I use my carafe at night if I need a drink of water. The glasses are beautiful. I enjoy all of the products. Great customer service I've had things come broken and had them replaced no questions asked.”

“I just love Waterdrop with all the new micro drinks and bottles and teapots - so many things to love! Very hard to choose sometimes and I get in trouble for buying everything! Service is great when I have a query and they always respond promptly. Nothing to hate, everything to like”

“So glad I ordered this for me and my husband. It has been a great help to get us to drink way more water then we ever have and it is so easy to use, just open which ever flavour microdrink you want, drop it in the bottle, let it dissolved then enjoy some amazing flavours. We have also download the waterdrops hydration app which is brilliant and keeping track and reminding you to get drinking water”
