“Delivery is way too slow. 4 weeks !!!!”

“As yet I still haven’t received my purchase… 3wks now I’ve tried emailing, however, email was returned undeliverable a few days later!! Have tried calling but getting “our lines are busy please try later or email”. Have found another email address, but as yet have had no reply!! I have been ordering from you now for over 2yrs, and I have to say I am disgusted at the lack of communication. A very unhappy customer!! Janice Gibson”

“I would love to review my order but despite ordering on 27th July my order is still stuck in Germany so disappointed as I have now run out of them and np idea when I will be receiving my order.”

“Products seem good but I can’t justify waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery (it’s 4 weeks this week and I’m still waiting) By the time I receive my order I need to place my next order for it to arrive by the time I’ve ran out. It’s a lovely idea but I won’t be ordering again (this is my second order) due to lengthy delivery times. Which is a shame.”

“I just recieved an email to review my recent purchase. I'm sure it would of been wonderful, except it hasnt been delivered yet. My order has been at the sorting centre for over 10 days. I've been told its because of Brexit. But my previous order arrived within 2 weeks. This has almost been a month. I'm beginning to suspect it's a scam. Why not just send me stock from the London shop!?”

“Almost all drinks were tasty. My favourite are boost and relaxed. They are not too sweet, however youth is far too sweet and left me with a sickly after taste.”

“I tasted - I loved all the flavours - I placed three more orders - where are they? No doubt held up by all the bloody new paperwork caused by bloody Brexit. 😞 Trading with our neighbours in Europe used to be so easy. 😢”

“The products are fantastic, I love every one of them but the service/delivery is not brilliant! I waited just about 3 weeks for this delivery! 2 weeks is about what I would expect and has been the norm up til now and that includes during covid!”

“Delivery is slow I am still waiting for an order I placed on 17th of July. But the one I ordered on 19th arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered. I like the glass bottle and I enjoyed the flavours. I only want a hint of flavour in my water so one tablet in around 500ml of water is perfect for me. I have found I am drinking more water and instead of buying small 500mlo bottles of bottled water I am buying one large 5l bottle. (the water here from the tap Is not drinkable so much scale) They are around 50p Plus per little cube so on the expensive side and because they take so long to arrive you have to order in bulk so its a drain on the pocket . But keeps me more hydrated.”

“Waterdrop totally changed my view on drinking water. I have gone from drinking only fizzy drinks to virtually only drinking water. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to drink more water but adding juice just makes it to synthetic or sweet. Water drops are refreshing and a totally new experience.”
