“I am normally very happy with my Waterdrop orders but in this instance I was very disappointed. I placed my order on 15 December 2024 but it was not delivered until 2 January 2025. When I raised a query with customer services, I was told to refuse the order BUT everyone knows that these days if you are not in the courier just doorsteps the items”

“Lemon is very nice & refreshing it taste like a real lemon this one of my favorites and really enjoy drinking this one so easy to use and you can take them anywhere with you don't take up much space I adore mine.”

“My Waterdrop flavours are ALWAYS so delicious..I drink waterdrop everyday...I cannot manage without them. Sadly this time my lovely & favourite Mango were out of stock, but as soon as they are back I will be ordering. I have tried some new flavours and they are delicious. I just love my smart new ice-tray, it will be used all the time over Christmas”

“Would leave 0* if possible Would leave 0* if possible. Awful customer service. You have to pay for any returns yourself and to the Czech Republic, so think £10-£30. Then go through an extremely unnecessary lengthy return process to get a refund. Getting my money back took two months, countless emails and was like squeezing blood from a stone. There are many nicer bottles and accessories from easier and reputable companies like Camel. Wouldn’t ever waste my time with this company again. And I definitely wouldn’t trust their cubes of water flavour, looks like poison to me. Just add a slice of fruit to your drink.”

“Just love Waterdrop! It's really help me to dink more, as the cubes are not overpowering the water, yet it gives some taste to it. The small individual packiging usefull, as I just can drope some in to my bag, and hitt the road, or just take some to work.”
