“My plan was to drink more water as I drink too much tea and coffee. I sometimes find water a bit dull and a drinking it is a bit of a chore. Well not anymore with Waterdrop. Lovely bottles and love all the flavours and im drinking much more water now. Success!”

“Well, I was so excited when I saw this because I was struggling to drink enough water so I decided to get it. I tried three different flavours and unfortunately, I found that I had an allergic reaction to it. I was covered in red dots on my neck, face, legs, arms, hands and fingers. So, remember folks be careful when buying things on the internet. Sometimes things don't seem as grand as they seem.”

“Love the bottle and the waterdrops. Customer service were really helpful when I had a question about my first order. And delivery was tracked the whole way. Had some issues switching points over from old to new app but they sorted that too. Still got a few issues with the app not working correctly on my phone but they are still trying to fix that.”

“My delivery didn’t arrive in advertised timescale, delivery was then attempted when I was out before the items were returned to the sender. Waterdrop are so far unwilling to refund my money even though I have never received any items. They say they will refund once items are received back at their depot but that could take another month (if ever) given how long it took them to attempt delivery in the first place and per the tracking information they have not moved for the last week.”
