“Great products and really tasty. I absolutely love the Lucy Smart Cap. As someone with ADHD, it has been an absolute god send. As weird as it seems, I ‘forget’ to drink and suffer really bad migraines. I’ve not had once whilst using the cap. Also, the customer service has been amazing. There was an issue and they couldn’t do enough to resolve it.”

“High quality water bottle for a reasonable price. Love the colour, matte finish, and bamboo cap. Only caution is for returns, you have to create and pay for your own shipping label.”

“I recently bought 6 of these 400ml tumblers in different colours. Whilst I did like them at first, after 8 weeks of limited use, the lids on four of the tumblers don't close anymore. I only found out when I used one and discovered that the contents of the bottle spilt all over my bag. To make matters worse, you can't even purchase an extra lid from Waterdrop as a replacement. So I'm really disappointed that I'm now stuck with four tumblers with lids that don't close anymore and this happened so quickly after purchase.”

“i love the drinks but communication can be difficult and i dont know how much longer i can continue to financially support a company that doesnt treat ALL of its customers equally by creating a mail in system so we can return our spent pods to create new pods so we can buy more drinks a proper closed loop system”
