Great location and facilities were good. Escape Pod idea was excellent. Could do with foam on wooden structure in pod so less risk of kids hitting their heads. Pool was great facility. The pub on site had excellent food. When weather is nice the place is superb. We would return!

Boat was very clean and everyone was very helpful. Would be helpful to have an extension cable for electric point charging. Thanks!

We stayed in a yurt, it was clean with very comfortable beds. the facilities on site were again clean and well maintained. We liked the fact that it was quite by 10pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful all in all a very pleasant site to stay.

Great lodge and location. Good facilities. The lodge was nicely furnished but just a few constructive criticisms. The lodge was not as clean as we would have expected on our arrival. Quite a lot of well established cobwebs and drawers and cupboards were dusty and needed cleaning before we put our clothes in. Needs better patio furniture. Chairs were uncomfortable and the table wasn't big enough to fit a family of 4 around. The lodges that surrounded us had better patio furniture. These are very minor points as we had a great holiday there.

Excellent room, modern and comfy. A couple of minor issues (door loose and banging at night, extractor not working in bathroom) otherwise a really pleasant stay. Bed was the comfiest EVER!

We had a wonderful week at Waveney. Lovely meals at the Waveney Inn and excellent service. The facilities are very good, showers, toilets, swimming pool, etc all on the banks of the river.

A very nice stay. Good clean accommodation and very nice helpful staff. We hired a boat and kayaks which was good fun. We also eat in the Waveney Inn which was good value and enjoyable.

Great Yurt experience - comfy beds, table and chairs provided. Close to toilets and wash-up area. Lovely small site, with everything we needed, including a pub! Highlight of the stay was a day trip out on a boat with another family - such a great experience. Would recommend the site.... only negative was slightly tired looking shower areas, but great to have individual shower rooms and little queuing!

We had a great time Camping on Teal Pitch 1, great being so close to the play area which our kids aged 7 and 2 really enjoyed. The pool seemed well run and having to book time slots was good as it stopped overcrowding. We enjoyed the pub. Only real downside was the weather preventing us taking a boat out. Showers and toilets were clean every time we used them, I enjoyed a bit of fishing, all in all a peaceful well looked after site with just enough to keep us all happy. We will definitely return.

Stubbled across this camp site on UK campsites. Wanted somewhere to get back to nature away from the hustle and bustle of normal life and this is exactly what we got. Booking was easy, site communication was excellent. Site tucked what seemed in the middle of nowhere - simple and idyllic in the middle of the Broads, marina and marshes. Family and dog friendly. Spacious pitch, close to spotlessly clean facilities. All amenities on site for a very relaxing break. Thank you Waveney River Centre for making our summer holiday so special.

We had a great time camping on site. The food in the Waveney Inn on site is excellent and was pleased with the facilities on site.

We enjoyed our short time at the centre, but left due to high winds. We would have stayed if the staff would have been more helpful and moved us to a less windy plot. Being in the hotel trade myself I know this is hard but possible. Other bookings would have been for the weekend so could have moved us to an empty plot as we were there already and possibly others would not turn up. But the staff were not interested in going the extra mile to help.

The park itself was ok. I was very disappointed with wheelchair access on the camping side pathways were not very wide and slopes were uneven so found it very hard to get around the park as well showering and using toilets.shop was very poorly stocked

Nothing for older kids to do on site. Great if got a boat but pitch was poorly maintained and the shower blocks were often dirty when used. All facilities at one end of the site so jad to walk down. Shop closes at 5pm and only a small kiosk thats ok for snaks and ice cream.

An excellent campsite for families. Clean and friendly with plenty of facilities which are maintained to a very high standard. Staff are helpful. Pool could do with being open later than 5pm during school holidays though.

A lovely lodge, with plenty of room. Massive En suite, comfortable bed, and large dining/living area. Great views from the balcony, and Hot tub clean and hot! Only downside would be that there should another a set of towels, and more cutlery plates etc. Why only 3 side plates, which doesn't make any sense!! Lamps in bedroom, need to be either bigger lamps or have smaller bulbs. Maybe a reading lamp in the lounge area, as you don't always want to put overhead lights on. As the lodge is dog friendly maybe a gate, so if you are using the hot tub, the dogs cannot escape!! Overall, a lovely location with great facilities. We will return.

Charged on arrival despite previous payment through booking.com. Excellent room furnishings; disappointed room not serviced after our first night. Restaurant food good but limited menu options for vegetarians or those not wanting chips
