Fully serviced caravan pitch was very good and handy for all facilities. Hopefully come again.

Disappointed with staff shortage at Waveney Inn, what staff were there were very pleasant.

Had lovely weekend in Waterside lodge. Enjoyed hot tub, pool and hired a boat. All staff were helpful and informative. Only minor comment is large spiders web filled with dead flies and other spiders in living room in corner by sofa on the curtain. The batteries for the DVD player remote don’t work but l have taken them out so you’ll see them. Kitchen was well equipped and living room comfortable and cosy in the storm! Would stay again.

We stayed at Marsh View Lodge which was lovely with an amazing view! Only negative comment would be the Park needs to update the website and paper work as ours said check out 9am so I left the night before so didn’t get caught in work traffic but when I got home I got an email to say check out was 9.30am and it says you can order takeaway from Waveney Inn but you can’t and the orders@ email doesn’t work because they’ve stopped that service which was a bit frustrating when the weather was terrible and we didn’t want to go out. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Waveney River Centre. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was extremely well received. The staff we happy to help when we had a hot tub enquiry and we’re quick to help. My only dissatisfaction was the late check in time and early departure time. I understand the time needed to sanitise etc, but other places we have visited do not seem to have such long turnovers

An enjoyable stay at Waveney River Centre. One complaint, the Wifi was awful, really poor. Please improve or don't advertise that you have Wifi!

Well located small site, perfect for a water based escape. Spacious accommodation which was clean and comfortable. Some areas were in need of a bit of attention but staying at the end of season this is something we have seen elsewhere and nothing that had any real impact on the comfort of our stay. Super friendly staff who were welcoming & helpful. Great directions for trips both on foot & water. We loved the pedestrian ferry and the ease of hiring a boat for days out without having to get the car out - a real bonus for a UK break. We like to visit different places but would definitely consider a return trip in future.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY WHICH IS WELL RUN AND BEAUTIFUL. WE WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED MORE INFORMATION BEFOREHAND ON EQUIPMENT IN THE VARIOUS ACCOMODATIONS. WE WERE A LARGE PARTY OF 25+ BUT DIDNT EAT OR DRINK ON THE PREMISES BECAUSE UNCLEAR OF RULES, NO ACCESS UNLESS BOOKED, IT WASNT CLEAR.

Lovely place with good facilities. Some of the roads are a bit narrow to get to but I guess that's what you get in the middle of nowhere. My only gripe was the 10pm no noise policy was not inforced, therefore we had to put up with music from another caravan until gone 11pm. Please if you are going to get people to sign a waiver then at least inforce it.

Had a really nice stay at the waveney river centre, only disappointment was that we wasnt able to eat in the restaurant on site as they were already booked up.

Lovely Marina setting and a superb lodge! The Waveney Inn on site does great food and is very convenient for when you don't want to cook (even breakfasts!)

Great place! staff are very friendly and Accommodating, staff on the ferry very helpful. Did not use the bar/restaurant as they couldn’t accommodate us at the time we wanted. Toilets/showers very clean & cleaned regularly. My only disappointment was to far to walk to any other place to walk the dog’s without a car, river walk is ok if you go on the river ferry but dogs have to be kept on a lead when you reach the other side.

It was absolutely beautiful. Very secluded with some great walks. We stayed in the barn owl Lodge - beautiful Lodge, great jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen. The harbour was lovely to walk around in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't actually go to the pub on site but it looked really nice and was busy whenever we walked past. There is a field close by which was great for giving the dog a run around. A couple of points I think let it down slightly was the mattress. Oh my it was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. My fitbit logged over 30 restless moments one evening as you could feel the springs. We had to move bedding around to try and make it bearable. Also the terrace was a great size- but there wasn't a gate to close it off. We stayed in this Lodge because it was a pet Lodge but our dog couldn't be on the terrace of the lead as there was nothing to close it off. We ended up moving some chairs and tables around to make it work but it would of been so much better with a little gate.

Great place for a relaxing week away. Maintenance of the Lodge was not too good however. Some radiators not working, doors jamming and hard to open and close, loose tap on sink in en suite, fridge door wouldn't stay shut, curtain pole fell off the wall in main bedroom, shower hose in en suite needs replacing etc. On the plus side, beds very comfortable, hot tub great, and facilities on site really good.

The cabin was perfect, large, clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was cleaned daily. The staff around the site were very helpful and always friendly. The site itself was very well maintained but no lighting approx half way up the road on the bend by broadview cabin making the walk very dangerous due to the uneven gravel. The bar and restaurant was very lacking, only doing lunch on a few days, which considering how isolated the resort is, this was an inconvenience. In the evening, the whole bar and restaurant was severely understaffed. Only 2 very young people taking orders, serving drinks and food and clearing the tables. They were rushed of their feet. Always very polite and apologetic for the delay, but they were unable to keep on top of the requests and it was uncomfortable to see the pressure they were under, so although the food was good, it was an uncomfortable experience watching the 2 young people trying to cope. Also, I noticed there was a back area in the bar which had music equipment and sofa’s but this was not open, I feel I did not get the full experience of this resort.

Access is tricky in a motorhome on a narrow road. On Kingfisher plot. Nice location but hedges could have done with cutting to allow more room. Facilities were spotlessly clean. Good showers with integrated toilet and wash basin and heated floor.

Lovely site, easy to find but such narrow roads to get to it. Lodge was lovely, clean and spacious. Unfortunately an awful smell of muck spreading all weekend - didn't stop us having fun in the hot tub or on the balcony.
