“Site well presented and clean offering a varied type of accommodation to enjoy your holiday experience. Even our late arrival was no problem and the pitch easy to find and set up on. Hook facility was very closd to hand along with easy access to communal toilet block.”

“Lovely site by the river, great for boating and water activities. Staff lovely and friendly. Only slight criticism would be the toilets/shower blocks starting to look a little tatty and not all the showers had full power, but otherwise would definitely stay again.”

“Room and cleanliness very good. Food good but took too long to place order, & for it to arrive at table. Breakfast particularly slow and only one member of staff trying to deal with everything .First breakfast and dinner many items unavailable on menu. A pleasant stay of 6 nights but length of time taken to serve meals very frustrating.”

“Had a very lovely holiday with my family 3 kids and they also enjoyed there time there the place we stayed in was clean and hot tub was great we used the pool which was good, the views were nice spotting animals with the kids was fun as we see all sorts there is a play ground for the kids too mine loved it also we hired a boat from there to and spent a great day out on the rivers, you can also order food from there inn right next to reception and they drop it to your log , staff were very nice and helpful too 👍🏻👍🏻”

“Lovey camp and accomadation and country side views ,food very nice in the Waveney Inn only one issue is the WI FI wasn't a very good connection in the lodge we were in at the back of the camp .”

“Nice site with good amenities , but not ruined with silly rules ... staff all Very friendly & helpful...especially a huge thanks to Graham at the ship yard that went out of his way to really help us out if a tricky spot ! Only downside ..Limited on dog walks, if in the hot weather; .. one is 9.5km ..over the marshes, that a free ferry gets you to , but stops running at 5pm...or there is single lane hot tarmac roads. Lovely views. Can paddle board or hire boats and canoes from here .. although hire is a little expensive . We stayed on pitch cote 6 . Next to car park .. car park is not a problem . View was good.”

“We have lived in East Anglia all our lives and just found you a few months ago, such a lovely setting so peaceful for chilling out, boats to hire swimming pool and the Waveney Inn for meals and morning coffee, and meeting up, just what we needed.”

“A good spot for a rest and enjoyment of the river. The title of luxury hotel is a bit misleading - it’s good but not luxurious. Too many minor electrical faults and worn-looking furnishings to be called luxurious. The service in the eatery is variable - sometimes personable and very good and at other times disappointing.”

“A great stay in the yurt. Beautiful weather, good facilities which were clean. We did have an ant problem in the yurt but I guess that comes with camping. Also, we didn’t have a blind to put in the middle circle of yurt. It was so bright early in the morning. Restaurant was delicious; we ordered a takeaway. We all felt safe and looked after. All the best in combating Covid!”
