Lovely campsite, shame there was a few niggles this year as we have been here before and had a lovely time. Some rude staff members, no papers or magazines as they have made the shop Smaller!! Another

Lovely setting, nice lodge but aircon or a fan in the bedroom in the sweltering heat of this week would have been fantastic. Also park employees riding up and down on rough gravel roads kicking up dust all day in front of the lodges did not induce a feeling of relaxation or wellbeing.

Had another nice holiday in London lodge. We came two years ago. Eddie's secret garden is a bit tired now. Needs attending. Bushes around the lodge need a tidy up. Shop has been halved in size, not much choice. Staff polite and helpful. Hired a boat for two days. Very good.

aaa The staff at reception are superb at welcoming and giving out all the information tao get you comfortably settled The chalet was beautifully clean. The welcome biscuits tea coffee and milk very much appreciated after the journey The reclining chairs and waterproof seat covers are another thoughtful and welcoming feature of the chalets. The inn and the shop are both run with a friendly and helpful manner Your brochure and web site, with directions are spot on and a good guide as to what is available My only mild wish is that the walk to Oulton broads had a few natural wood seats along the route to sit and take a breather and have chance to use the binoculars to look around in comfort... I still give you 5 stars though

We had an excellent stay in the Aft Cabin. Very clean, comfortable beds, lovely soft towels, all the extras you could want with tea/coffee/Hot chocolate and biscuits topped up each day. The breakfast was very tasty and my 5 and 2 year old enjoyed their boiled eggs each day using the improvised egg cups. The staff were helpful and the menu in the evening gave us plenty of choice to suit adults and young children. We would happily return.

Wonderful peaceful setting, with plenty of different staying options. Grounds well kept, great play area for kids. Lovely heated indoor pool. Nice shower, toilet and washing up facilities. Whole site quiet by 10pm. Very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant quite expensive when you consider the quality of the food. Ok if you enjoy school dinner quality. Vegetables boiled to the max and completely tasteless. Decking areas could do with sandpaper type grip on. Both my husband and I almost slipped over several times in various shoes with good grip on the dry decking areas leading to showers. And I slipped and fell quite badly on dry decking leading to pool, injuring my wrist and shoulder.

A lovely relaxing stay on a peaceful site. Our toddler loved the playground and swimming pool and we loved relaxing in our hot tub with views over the broads one he was in bed! The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I would say is that the pond dipping area in the secret garden could do with a bit of TLC as it is very overgrown.

Location is lovely. The Farmhouse is a nice space but in need of some TLC. Local convenience stores are quite a distance from site (as onsite is somewhat limited and expensive) but we were still able to enjoy our stay.

Pretty good. Maybe a small toilet block by pub & reception would be useful as it's a longish walk to the block from pintail if wet.

We have had a lovely week camping here. The setting is stunning and it is a family friendly site. The staff at the boat hire were helpful particularly the man with the longer blonde hair. The toilets and dish washing area were always clean. The only reason we did not give it a 5 was that when we arrived we were beside lots of rubble where a jetty was being built. There was a lot of activity with diggers to get this finished for the English school holidays starting. I felt that this should have been completed before the start of the peak season (the start of the Scottish school holidays) as we were paying peak prices to stay here.

very good facilities, quiet and peaceful site with plenty of walks straight from the site or easy reach of nearby villages by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days. The only thing I would comment on is the food in the site restaurant wasn't brilliant nor was the cup of tea I had.
