“Lovely location. A little dissatisfied that the pool and on site restaurant we’re both fully booked before we even arrived. Also, yurt 7 that we stayed in needs some attention to the roof. I felt rather uncomfortable that the roof looked like it was ready to collapse at any time.”

“Lodge surpassed our expectations and was in the perfect location. It was clean and ideal for our family. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. Unfortunately we were unable to eat at the restaurant even after booking, the the Bell inn near by has good food in a beautiful setting.”

“We had a great stay in the Engine Room and in the resort. Our room was always left perfectly every day. Everyone really friendly could not fault it. The only comment we would like to make and made before we left was the breakfast menu being made smaller while we were there by 3 products ( CEREAL / Eggs Benedict / Kippers and then they couldn’t even offer Pancakes. I cannot understand why you would stop serving cereal when that must be the easiest thing to prepare. It’s a shame that did take the edge off it and we’re very disappointed. I welcome your comments.”

“We stayed in the Chart Room. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked surgically clean and had probably just been refitted. Breakfast was very good and all staff everywhere were pleasant and helpful. If I could have booked a downstairs room, it would have been better, as the stairs and my arthritic knees did not make a good combination. Covid restrictions made a marginal impact on the enjoyment.”

“We LOVE staying at your site. The staff are friendly and helpful. The site is well looked after and clean. Only didn't give it 5 stars because last time we came the shop was well stocked but this time there was so little food options and on the pricy side.”

“An excellent spot to get away from everything. The pitches were wide but narrow, but we were able to get our tents on them easily. Staff were friendly and helpful. The toilets and showers were clean and worked well - special thanks to the cleaners who were cleaning and sanitising throughout the day to make sure they stayed that way. The quiet site after 10 pm was generally kept to by everyone and while it was busy there was plenty of space to not feel crowded. The Waveney Inn was also really good, catering for our different dietary needs. Had a fantastic day on the Broads too. Thanks to all.”

“Touring site plot .needed tidying stinging neetles and brambles needed cutting l got strung and scratched by them,The dish washing facilities six sinks only one sink plug a little disappointing for a premium site.”

“Not enough for teenager and would of helped if the holiday company Hoseasons, got the holiday accommodation right in the first place. A disapointing stay with NO hot tub which my son was so looking forward to. SHAME ON YOU HOSEASONS FOR GETTING IT SO WRONG!!!! The road in was a nightmare into the place, and the shop poorly stocked considering the nearest supermarket in a way to go to get supplies.”

“Stayed in a yurt with a big group of friends, amazing weekend had by all. Kids played from morning to night, swam in the river, hired a boat, bbqs, just so much to keep them entertained. Very fortunate with the weather which also made it. Yurts contain everything you need, super comfortable and lots of space for a family of four. Already booked for next year!”

“Had an excellent weekend staying in an escape pod. Facilities are great and kept clean throughout the day. Had fun hiring canoes and kids enjoyed swimming, the amusements and the park. Great campsite and would love to come back again”

“Very Good, except for a few minor suggestions: 1. On entry from narrow lane, not clear whether there would be room for a caravan/motor home to turn around if descending the short drive in. 2. Shop seemed under stocked and we were unable to obtain items such as bread, newspaper, eggs during our 6 day stay. The nearest place to buy these were difficult to get to unless you took the transport out. 3. The Waveney Inn was not friendly; probably due to Covid restrictions but impossible to book a table for 5 people sitting outside, without having to book a table inside! Very loathed to book for dinner anytime after 5pm even three days in advance - discouraged us from using what should have been a very well-used centre on the site. Disappointing staff who seemed very unfriendly (the only staff on the site to be that way). Other than that excellent, clean and very friendly staff. WE would consider returning again.”

“A very enjoyable week away spent staying a lodge with hot tub. Very clean and well equipped lodge. Hot tub checked every day by friendly staff. Reception staff helpful and welcoming. Shop could be greatly improved. Stocks are basic essentials but could be better. Nice swimming pool and facilities, kids playground could be improved. Lots of space for more equipment. Overall would recommend!”

“Everything was first class, cleanliness, staff attitude, the room, were exemplary, except the food. The fish and chips were dry, the sausage and mash, too much gravy, the mash and gravy had formed a slurry, at breakfast two pancakes were like cardboard the third I could not cut, the knife was not sharp enough. What a shame when everything else was so good. I am not looking for a refund or discount, I did not want to hide behind the anonymous option. Bill Carmen”
