“Love the helmet. No complaints. Was on my doorstep in 2 days. I did have a question about a second helmet but could not talk to anyone wcl without a hassle using my phone plan. They should have a United States number. Because I could not speak directly to wcl 2 you have my question answered, I bought the second helmet from a local shop.”

Sorry, we were having some issues with our previous shipping company, Now we are using FedEx so our packages normally get there in 2-3 business days from when you place the order. Very sorry you didn't have a good experience with our company. We have fixed the shipping issues and you will enjoy a better experience with us in the future.

“It’s exactly as described. I like it. If you’re in the US, it will have to go through US custom. That might add a couple of days to your shipping time. Be patient, it will get there, and is worth the wait.”
