“I have enjoyed the beef and collagen bars, and will look to purchase these regularly and make them an ongoing part of my diet to achieve my goals. Either is perfect for a protein hit in the afternoon. Comparing them to other protein bars on the market (with 20+ ingredients) highlights how simple an ingredients list should be, and I like the fact that I can understand what ingredient actually is. With beef or nut/collagen as the main source of protein, I dont have to worry about the inclusion of soy protein that is regularly added to other bars.”

“The no nasty approach for collagen bars is a tough find in current supplements market. Either they add sweetener or very high in Carb. Cheif is able to tackle both with only natural ingredients. This goes into my monthly bill without regret”

“To be honest, the taste on all was dreadful. The biltong had no flavour. I opened a pack and yes was covered in a white coloured film. Yes it was mouldy. We didn't take a photo because we actually coukdnt believe it. The collagen bars texture is unedible.”

“Really happy with the customer service, but unfortunately the texture of the bars is a hit off putting for me. Jerky is awesome, and the lemon bar not bad, but the others are too gluggy in their consistency for me.”

“I really enjoyed the collagen bars. They have a nice nutty flavour and a crunchier texture than regular protein bars. They reminded me of halva. Will definitely buy again!”

“I bought 2 taster packs taking advantage of the discount on the second. I was attracted by the beef flavour (non chilli). The beef bar is great change from all the sweet riding snacks. Better as a post ride snack rather than mid ride is my feedback. Sweet bars have great flavour but I find the texture a little odd. Overall I am happy with the purchase.”

Hi Andrew, thanks for your feedback! We offer monthly as the minimum because we offer free shipping and the cost and food miles can escalate (e.g. encouraging 2 boxes per month rather than 1 per fortnight) but you can set up two subscriptions by ordering one now and one in two weeks if that works for you. You can also adjust your delivery schedule through your account for any of your subscriptions. Hope that helps?
