“I never really leave reviews but always find myself reading them, and tend to think that if a company has a lot of bad reviews then they are from people like me, however, when I needed to claim for a cracked screen and back on my Galaxy S21 Ultra I was SO apprehensive about sending my phone off to So Sure, enough where I contemplated just paying for the phone to be fixed privately. Thankfully I took the risk and paid my excess and honestly it's the best risk I've taken in a long time, they literally couldn't be any better. My phone was collected on Friday, I received texts/notifications at every stage of the process and my phone was returned LIKE NEW on Tuesday (there was a slight delay from DPD and the fact it was over a weekend) I honestly couldn't thank So Sure enough and have definitely learnt my lesson that people only tend to leave reviews if they have had a bad experience, not if they receive what they expected. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.”
