“This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered 2 items, they were nowhere even close to the description, I asked for a refund and a return label. They ignored me, then asked for more time, then got really nasty and aggressive. I’m stuck with their substandard item. Buyer beware!!!!”

“What made me happy? Not much. I found them while looking for a US company. I didn't realize until after I ordered that the items were coming from China. I thought that I was getting cotton & rayon items. They are mostly polyester. I will have to take most of the dresses to the sewing machine, nothing new there. However, one blouse smelled so badly of must & mold I could smell it through the bag. Fortunately, hand washing in warm water with a color safe bleach seems to have salvaged it.”
“I purchased a dress from this website and was horrified when I received the product. I have never thought someone could sell such a low-quality product. When I tried to ask for refund but they are making it difficult. They instead offered me 30% off for the next product I purchase....really!!!! This is laughable..even if someone gave me a product from this webisite free I wouldn't take it or even donate it!

“The items I received were far from what was advertised. When I contacted them about returns I was advised that it was from china and I would have to pay for the expense of the return. I sent them pictures in comparison to what was advertised.However customer service is not going to give me a refund. I will never order from them again.”

Plus I sent an email to try to cancel the order shortly after I bought it, and I didn't receive any email. Now I have the item and still didn't receive an email. What I have received is a cheap (very cheap) thin fleece printed sweater. It was described as a thick needle wool blend (I'm pretty certain that there is a minimal amount of wool fibre in this. It took a month to arrive and is awful.”
