“After waiting for a month my package arrived today. They're not sweaters but sweatshirt material. I asked for the return address but haven't heard back. Never order from this company.”
“SCAM!! Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They advertise sweaters and send cheap, ugly sweatshirts. They will not refund your money. Just read their reviews!!”
“Complete scam!! I ordered 6 Krampus cardigans that looked nothing like the picture. I emailed rhem multiple times and when they did respond they offered me a couple of coupons to their garbage site. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Don't ever buy from this site. I would have gave zero stars if I could have.”
“The product I received was nothing like the product pictured on website. The material is very cheap and there is no shape to the sweater whatsoever. I have tried emailing to return the item but no response. It's a shame that businesses like this one are allowed to operate on the Internet. I would not waste a single dollar on them. "0" stars.”
“I ordered six sweaters $26-30 on 11/9. I received: two of the items I ordered (sweaters); one sweater that was absolutely unlike anything I ordered; and three sweatshirts with *photographs of a sweater printed on them*. They look absolutely ridiculous.
I sent a detailed reply with photos of what I ordered vs what I received and text of the description of the product ("knitted, crochet, jacquard"). I have been emailing since 12/14, but the best they will offer is a coupon. (!!!!) I can't even ship the 4 sweatshirts back. As of today, they changed some of the product descriptions but some still say "knitted".
I made it clear, I hope, that I will never order from them again. I also told them I would share this experience.”
“Ordered a cow print hoodie type shirt that says " put the crazy away" and received a plain grey one!! Last for Christmas even know I ordered almost a month ago !!! Extremely disappointed”
“I should have read the reviews before I ordered. BUYER BEWARE--should have been the title. Ordered on December 14th. Have emailed twice to cancel the order with no response and then it mysteriously just shipped on Christmas day. What a joke!!”
“I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I ordered a few things from this company a few months ago. Almost $200.00 worth of stuff and NEVER RECEIVED NONE OF IT. I tried contacting the email they had listed on their site and they wouldn’t give me my money back. THEY’RE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.”
“Do not buy from this company!
Their adverts for the products appear that they are knitted however they are very cheap printed polyester sweatshirts.
When I contacted them requesting a return and refund I was asked if I would accept a 20% off coupon to purchase another item. Upon refusing this I was offered a 40% coupon.
Regarding the refund I was told that the cost of the return would be expensive.
I have had to put the item into the charity bag as I do not want it and am £25 worse off.”
“Cheap trash clothing nothing like as marketed, impossible customer service. This company pedals garbage and is garbage. Total regret for the money I will never see again. I wish I could leave zero stars too!!”
“Great example of bait and switch. I ordered a sweater and received a sweatshirt. Lousy customer service, won't communicate, did not attempt a return, no point in trying. Stay away from this company, you won't be satisfied no matter what you order.”
“In another review, there was a post about a phone number that the buyer can call to make returns -- because otherwise returns aren't an option, although the website says returns are welcome.
Do not use this number! -- it is part of the scam: 252-477-0063. The person answering the call directs you to go to teamviewer.com, provide them with the number for the card to which you'll want your refund to go, go through a number of steps that ends up having them take over your computer. And they start charging against your account.
I was a doofus, for sure, but at some point in this ludicrous process, a light bulb went off in my head, so within about 15 minutes on the phone, I hung up, shut down my computer, checked my account and found two charges ($200/each) to Target and Staples. I have reported this to the Washington State Attorney General.”

“Avoid this company like the plague. I bought two jumpers from them only to find they are not even knitted let alone by hand, but printed material and worse, lined with a white fabric presumably to make them warmer. The printed version is terrible and not plain in its so-called Icelandic pattern. The images shown have been lifted from a different web page which no longer available on its original page.
The distributors are centred in a remote Chinese town where the address comes up as a car park. I googled their address which provided the information.”
“What I got vs what I ordered is almost laughable. The colors, fabric, and patterns are not even close to the same. Pictures attached.
It took days of a back and forth correspondence and a lot of push back from them to even allow me to return the product. Not to mention it took almost 3 weeks to get to me and I have to pay return shipping back to China. Horrible company and horrible products. Buyer beware.”
