“Communication is very poor. My parcel took ages to be delivered, I emailed the company and they did not respond. Luckily the package was delivered in this time but I would have hoped that they would respond to my email asking where my order was rather than just ignoring it! I love the products but I am not sure about the service.”

“I was very impressed with the 'Customer Service', i received! I had a problem, i had only received half of my order, because, the items came from two different suppliers! Imani was quick to chase up the supplier for the rest of the order! It was just as well he did this,as, the supplier didn't have a record of the order on their system! Imani, apologised for the error & i received the rest of my order direct from the supplier! Thank you, Imani, not having 'Kraft Paper Tape' to wrap my presents was avoided! :)”
