The level of service that I received was low, I placed 2 orders at the same time and the first one came to my flat as normal, but the second one was delayed 3 weeks, the reason that they said to me was that my flat's info was wrong and I didn't live there ( in my flat). Obviously, I'm still living in this flat and I received the first order. Thus I'm not happy at all with the services.

Hi Konstantinos, thank you for your feedback. As we mentioned in our email exchange, Royal Mail returned the parcel to sender, because they were informed that you no longer lived at that address. This was not the fault of the brand and they were happy to send out a replacement once the item was received back with them, but you were going away and it wouldn't have got to you in time, so we had to issue you with a refund instead. I purchased a salt candle and Himalayan salt rub for my wife for our 8th Wedding Anniversary (UK Salt) although the items are lovely and as advertised my issue is with the company. I couldn’t track the order, no response to emails on the contact us tabs. Poor communication Slight damage to product on arrival and small spillage/waste of scrub. A little disappointing especially as was a gift

Hi Russell, thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry that the item was damaged upon arrival. I see that you sent us an email regarding this and my colleague Alfie responded within 2 working days (our response time is currently 2-3 working days) and he asked you to send a photo of the damaged item, which you did on Tuesday and I responded to that this evening and have forwarded it on to the brand and asked them if they can supply either a replacement or a refund. May I ask which would you prefer? Furthermore, there was no tracking provided by the brand. We are also sorry you couldn't track the order. Some brands don't upload the tracking, as they send the items by Standard post. We hope to resolve this with you shortly and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Ginny.

Ordered 2 cleaning items. Simple size sent instead of 500g (price approx £10). Still waiting for reply from online customer service form 10 days later. Looks like lots of marketing but poor customer service.

Only sent me 1 of the 3 things I ordered. I have emailed them to see where the other items are and after a week they still have not responded to my message. Not good customer service.

Hi Deborah, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear this. I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that the items were returned to sender on 7th July and I have emailed you regarding this with the tracking link. I have therefore emailed the brand again to inform them of this. Unfortunately, they didn't respond to my colleague who had been asking the whereabouts of your parcel.
