“While I love your mineral foundation, my whole reason for purchasing it was to switch to refillables. But the bamboo pot doesn’t seem to open so I can’t refill it. I emailed your customer services who said they would pass on the enquiry but I never heard back. Sadly i’ve had to take my business elsewhere now.”

Hi Jenni, thank you for your feedback. I have located your order for the mineral foundation - 80059, which was placed back in March. However, I did a search using both the order number and your email address and I am unfortunately unable to locate your email regarding this. We sincerely apologise that nobody has got back to you. In answer to your question, the brand has responded that 'filling the pot for life is very easy. The shifter pushes in. If the customer feels at the top of the pot there is a slight lip. Gently ease it up, fill and replace.' I hope this helps and once again we are very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Kind regards, Ginny.

Hi Geraldine, thank you for your feedback. Apparently there was an issue which triggered these request to review emails in connection with our new website which we are currently building. We did not mean to send you this review request, as they are only meant for recent customers. We still currently only ship within mainland UK I'm afraid. We work with 250+ UK brands. Sorry to disappoint you.

“I found Wearth because I was searching for recycled silver jewellery as I am worried about silver coming from conflict areas or mined by children. I bought some silver earrings; they are pretty but I thought too expensive for what they are.”
