“Not sure if this is a genuine company. They sent the wrong item and when I told them they initially responded saying they would 'contact the brand'. Not sure what they meant by that but I waited a week and no further information, no refund, item still not delivered. 2 further emails from me asking for an update not answered.”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear this. I can see that my colleague Alfie initially responded to you. To explain his reply to you, we are an online marketplace for 250+ UK independent brands who dispatch the items themselves. So Alfie informed the brand Fill that they had sent out the wrong item and asked them to send the correct one and collect the wrong one. Unfortunately, there was a long delay in the brand's reply to him, as not long ago they had an email issue where all of our Wearth emails were going to their junk email folder. This has since been rectified. The brand replied to Alfie that they are sorry that the wrong item was sent, this was an inputting error at their end and they had sent out the replacement on 8th July. I see that he emailed you today to check if you have now received it. Please also kindly let us know if you would like to keep the wrong item, as the brand have said that you can if you wish to.
