“This is a fabulous range of products, excellent for people who want to make more sustainable choices. I was really glad to find it, as there are lots of organic and plastic-free alternatives. The website is great and the filtering system good. But, I was promised 5% off which didn't happen at checkout as promised. And there was no way of including a gift message with my purchase, or any gift options in fact. Then the two items I'd ordered as a gift were delivered separately, very late (in fact one has not yet even arrived), despite my ordering in good time for my friend's birthday.”
