“Great products a a fair price. I have been using the replacement toothbrush heads for my OralB toothbrush for a while now I am delivering with them the fact that I can return the heads for free is a huge plus in my fight to be environmentally friendly.”

Hi Alice, we are so very sorry to hear this. The last order I can find from you (by doing a search of your name) on our system is from February 2020 and I am unable to trace any emails via your name from that time, as we used a different system back then. Our new system came in February 2021 when I was employed as Customer Service Manager. “Didn't deliver; ignored the problem. After 18 months, the product didn't arrive, I had forgotton about it to be honest. When I was asked to review Wearth London, I thought I'd get in touch with them to find out what happened, and to give them the benefit of the doubt if they complete the order or offer a refund. Their reply: "Thank you for contacting us... We have now paused the review request emails... Kind regards Ginny" End result: £30 down”

Hi David, I sincerely apologise, we recently received many emails from customers who had received emails asking them to review items they had purchased a long time ago which was an error and I was responding as quickly as possible to those. I'm so sorry, I didn't read your response correctly and I hadn't seen that you hadn't actually received your item. The brand Tooth have experienced a number of setbacks in the production of their items. I have sent you an email explaining in more detail. “A really good source of sustainable lifestyle products, I've bought jewelry, homewares and skin care products. It is particularly good for ordering gifts as you can tick a few people off your list without going to Am*zon. Some items are a bit pricey but I do think you can find some really good quality items for a fair price.”
