“The item was lovely but I found the packaging really disappointing. I picked your company for the ethos behind it and the name wasn’t on any of the packaging to let the person know. It’s a shame as it is all lovely”

Hi Jemma, thank you for your feedback and for placing your order with Wearth. As we are an online marketplace, it is the brand who sends out the item and also uses their own packaging. I see from the product listing under 'Delivery' that Hummingbird Hawkmoth use - 'Cardboard postal box or jiffy green mailing envelope'. I have asked them why their brand name isn't on the packaging and I will send you an email regarding that. As for Wearth, we no longer supply the brands with Wearth stickers. We are looking to send out stamps and ink pads to the brands, due to it being more sustainable, but this has not been implemented as yet. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and we will be in touch soon. Kind regards, Ginny.

“The option to track my package did not work which was only frustrating to me because the lead time on the item was 21 days, so I was already waiting a long time without knowing where the package was. This is why I only gave 4 stars and not 5. Love the principles of the company, and the products are always high quality. I do think there’s room to expand offerings, especially for the 16-30 age range”
