“I ordered a flask as a gift, it took over two weeks for it to arrive and that was after I’d had to leave more than one message to find out where it was!!! Then when it did arrive the basket was missing out of it so I complained again and another two weeks later I’m still waiting for the part to arrive!!! I think your customer service is dreadful and under no circumstances will I ever recommend your products or especially your service!”

“Wreath has been the best find since I moved to London 6 months ago. So many different brands, so many different products it's amazing. I would obviously like more choice on somethings but it's a developing environment and I'm sure they will have a larger range in the coming years.”

“Products look great and really appear to be more sustainable and better for the planet. However, Wearth customer service is bad/nonexistent. I am still waiting on information on my order from 3 weeks ago, which I was told I'd receive within 5 working days. No products, no contact from Wearth, despite numerous emails. I'll happily change my rating if the team actually contact me and (1) explain the delay, (2) explain their lack of contact and (3) delivery my products (or give me an immediate refund if this is not possible).”
