“I emailed to customer service about the dirty patch on the bag that I received, but nobody replied to me for more than a week. I was waiting for my order for 2 weeks just to receive a damaged item. I don’t think I will be ordering anything else from you guys with this level of service.”

Hi Alesia, thank you for your feedback. I have sent you an email today in response to yours. We are very sorry for the delay in our reply, we are experiencing a high volume of queries and working through them as fast as we can. I'm so sorry to hear this. I have passed on your query to the brand Ellyla who sent out your item, however please be aware that this brand are currently on holiday (it states this on their product pages on our website) and will return on 18th August, so I wouldn't hear back from them until that date. “Correspondence & updates on status of order was very good. Given they were sustainable products I’d have preferred to wait longer to have both items dispatched together to limit impact of transporting items. Packaging was great. Haven’t used products enough to comment on quality”
