Hi Niranjela, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay in our reply to you by email and that you haven't as yet received your item. I can see that my colleague Farryn responded to you on 1st June with the tracking number, but the item still isn't showing as delivered. I will follow up with the brand now and I'll be in touch by email shortly. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the postal delay, however, the item was shipped by the brand within 2 days of receiving your order, so the fault does not lie with them, but with Royal Mail.
