Hi Araceli, thank you for your feedback. We are an online marketplace and I'm afraid we don't operate a telephone service. We are sorry that the first time around the duvet didn't reach you. I believe that there were 2 parcels & that one was delivered to a service point in error. This query has since been resolved by Wearth and Panda London and you are now in receipt of all of your items. On 30th September you emailed to say - 'Thank you so much for your help, we are so happy with our purchase and buy and promote Panda London and Wearth London'. Please could you kindly consider amending or removing this review? Kind regards, Ginny.

“Unfortunately the gift ordered for my friend’s birthday, did not arrive in time, despite having ordered it in plenty (I felt) of time, (over a week ) a standard email was sent to me saying there would be a delay, and a list of rather inexplicable excuses.. had I known that there were problems, I wouldn’t have ordered as a birthday present.”
