Hi David, thank you for your feedback. Review invitations were sent out to past customers from years ago in error whilst work was being carried out on our upcoming website. I've searched under your name and I can find one order which is under your name if you live in Frome, order 23509 from February 2020 for Reusable Bamboo Makeup Pads? We are very sorry to have disturbed you, we sent out some review invitations to customers who placed orders over a year ago in error whilst working on our upcoming new website. “I love the concept but one of my items took a long time to arrive. Hoping that next time I shop here the lead time will be quicker”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that one of your items took a long time to arrive. I am happy to investigate this further if you can kindly provide your order number? It really depends on what you order as to what the lead time is. If an item is sent by Standard post, then it is usually 3-5 working days. Unfortunately sometimes parcels can be subject to delays, due to Royal Mail being short staffed due to having to self isolate, for example. We sincerely apologise for the delay. Kind regards, Ginny.
